1. Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

 

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

La Clave Coffee currently ships to addresses within the United States.

 

We plan to expand our shipping services internationally in the future. Updates regarding international shipping will be announced on our website.

 

 

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

 

Shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout based on:

 

Shipping destination

Package weight

Selected shipping service

Current carrier rates

 

The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

 

4. Delivery Times

 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

 

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

La Clave Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

La Clave Coffee is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.

A description of the issue

Clear photographs of the package and product (if applicable)

 

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

 

 

9. Returned Shipments

 

Packages returned due to:

 

Incorrect shipping information

Delivery refusal

Failure to claim the package

 

may be subject to additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
