Refund & Return Policy

 

At La Clave Coffee, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering premium Colombian coffee and carefully packaged products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

 

 

1. Returns

 

Due to the nature of our products, coffee is considered a perishable food item. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

 

Returns may be accepted only if:

 

The product arrived damaged.

You received the wrong product.

The product arrived defective.

The package was significantly damaged during shipping.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

 

Be unused and unopened.

Be in its original packaging.

Be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

Proof of purchase is required.

 

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

 

Please include:

 

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.

 

We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

 

 

3. Refunds

 

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

 

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by La Clave Coffee.

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

We only replace products that are:

 

Damaged.

Defective.

Incorrectly shipped.

 

If an exchange is approved, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost.

 

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

 

Opened coffee bags.

Used products.

Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling.

Gift cards, if applicable.

Promotional or clearance items marked as final sale.

 

 

6. Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

 

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

 

7. Shipping Delays

 

La Clave Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

 

Weather conditions.

Carrier delays.

Natural disasters.

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Events beyond our reasonable control.
